Pursuant to Article 85 (1) under the Law on Energy (Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 96/18 and Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia no. 96/19), and Article 19, item 18 of the Statute of the Operator of the Electricity Transmission System of the Republic of North Macedonia, a Joint Stock Company for Electricity Transmission and Power System Control, in state ownership, Skopje, ("Official Gazette of Republic of North Macedonia" no. 215/19), after prior approval by the Regulatory Commission for energy and water services of the Republic of North Macedonia with Decision no. 12-3270/2 of 31.10.2019, the Management Board of the Company with Decision no. 02-5989/1 at the session held on 05.11.2019 brought “RULES FOR ALLOCATION OF CROSS-BORDER TRANSMISSION CAPACITIES”.
